These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plyna iOS app (the “App” or “Service”) provided by Agleo (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Plyna is a personal budgeting tool that helps you record income, expenses, fixed bills, loans, installments, budgets, goals and savings, calculate summaries and projections from them, and optionally share these records with family members.

2. Not financial advice

Plyna is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not provide investment, credit, tax, legal or accounting advice. Values such as “left before spending”, “left this month”, month-end projections and savings rate are calculations based on the data you enter. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions where appropriate.

3. Price data

Gold and currency prices are fetched from a third-party source (GenelPara) for information only. Prices may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and may not reflect buy/sell prices. The “today’s value” shown for your assets is an estimate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of price data.

4. Using the App

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App; if you are a minor where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the security of your device, Apple Account and iCloud account.
  • Because your data is stored on your device, it may be lost if your device is lost or the App is deleted. Protecting important data with CSV export and iCloud/device backups is your responsibility.

5. Family sharing

  • People you invite to, or join in, a family can view, add and change shared records. You decide whom to invite.
  • Only enter other people’s personal information (e.g. a name on a receivable) lawfully.
  • Existing data you move into a family is shared with it and cannot be moved back to your personal space.
  • Family sharing relies on Apple iCloud; we are not responsible for iCloud outages or sync delays.

6. Prohibited use

  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others’ rights;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • Overloading our servers or third-party services, or attempting to bypass security measures.

7. Fees

Paid features may be offered in the future. If so, all purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms; Apple handles payment and we never see your card details. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logo and content belong to Agleo. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. The data you enter belongs to you.

9. Apple

These Terms are between you and Agleo, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its support and maintenance. For anything not covered here, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that calculations will be correct in every case, or that it is fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made based on the App or its calculations, for data loss, or for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent or gross negligence and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may limit your access if you breach these Terms. We may change or discontinue the Service or any feature.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where you live is preserved; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also continue to apply.
